Consistent font usage is crucial to creating a brand identity recognized across the industry. While Siemon understands that partners may have their own font requirements, we strongly encourage adherence to the following font guidelines for any Siemon-related material.
Microsoft Office 365 Font and Usage
Arial Nova is the Siemon approved font family for all day-to-day usage in Microsoft Office 365 applications such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Arial Nova is a system default font and is already pre-installed on all 365 enabled computers, making it easily available to everyone; in addition this font family also supports a wide range of languages, making it ideal for Siemon’s global footprint. Some typical items that this refers to are: internal/external emails, PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, Excel spreadsheets, reports and other daily use documents.

Marketing Collateral/Web Font and Usage
Roboto is the approved font for all external Marketing and web based activity. Roboto is part of the Adobe Typekit and is included in every Adobe Creative Cloud Suite subscription, making it easily accessible for all Marketing and Design users and can be activated here. Roboto is also a Google font and is free to download. Roboto has also been selected as it supports a wide variety of languages allowing it to support all of our global online/offline activities. Roboto is our default font for all Siemon Company websites. All new Marketing collateral must use Roboto as its default font. Some typical items that this refers to are: Spec Sheets, Case Studies, Tech Briefs, Social Media posts, Application Guides, Web Pages and other customer facing Marketing documents.
